Home is Where the Army Sends Us {Military Moves}
If you are a military family, where is home? Is it where you grew up? Where you got married? Where your parents live? It is hard to know. I know for me “home” is where I spent the first 18 years of my life, Southern California.
But I also try hard to make where we are living “Home” too. I don’t want to always feel like I am in a temporary place even if I am.
So how do you make where you are living “Home” and not just somewhere you are stationed?

I totally understand you! I’m an Army wife myself, and it seems as though that sometimes it gets easier, but then it gets hard again.

I think the friends you make, who become like family to you makes where you live ‘home’. I know I considered Fort Drum my home because I made great friends there… and well, it was my first home away from home.
